Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us at mail@appliquecrafts.com or call us +917084421980 as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of the product, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
✅ You receive a product that is torn or damaged.
✅ You receive the wrong size or product.Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
🚫 Change of mind after order is shipped.
🚫 Minor variations in color, design, or size due to the handmade nature of products.
🚫 Damage caused by improper handling or washing after delivery.
